    1. Small bat - 45 KHz pipistrelle?
    2. Larger bat, flying in straight line - serotine? (~ 26KHz, ‘chip-chip’ sound + could also hear without detector)

    OTHERS

    Plants - one seen everywhere with (usually) pink flowers, sometimes white etc = oleander. Planted all down the middle of the motorway in Spain, really pretty!

     

     

    Weather - first few days started cloudy and warm, with the cloud burning off by lunch time and then hot and sunny. Cool first thing on ringing day (early am). Last few days hot and sunny, except Saturday which was slightly cloudier and fresher first thing.
